Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AEGENTA, an AI-powered life operating system and personal dashboard operated by Aegenta LLC.

By creating an account, accessing the website, installing or using the mobile app, or using any AEGENTA feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AEGENTA after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

AEGENTA is an AI-Native Life OS designed to help users organize personal information, productivity, calendar items, files, wellness signals, finances, app connections, reminders, and communications in one dashboard.

The Service may include AI-generated summaries, recommendations, automations, notifications, messaging features, file tools, connected-account integrations, mobile app access, and other personal dashboard capabilities.

AI features are assistive tools only. AEGENTA does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, therapy, emergency, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken through connected services, mobile devices, automations, or AI-assisted workflows you enable.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may manage profile, privacy, connected-service, and deletion controls in Settings where available.

New users receive a 7-day free trial when they sign up for AEGENTA Premium. A valid payment method is required at signup to begin the trial.

After the 7-day trial ends, the payment method on file is automatically charged $9.99 for the first month. The subscription then automatically renews monthly at $9.99 until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime from the Settings page. Cancellations stop future renewal charges, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

The Enterprise tier is Coming Soon. Enterprise features are coming soon. Contact admin@aegenta.app for early access inquiries. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, carrier charges, and third-party service fees. SMS message and data rates may apply when you opt in to text messaging.

AEGENTA collects and processes information needed to provide the Service, including account details, settings, content you submit, connected-service data you authorize, device and usage information, and communications with AI features.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how data is shared, your choices, and how to request access, export, correction, or deletion.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

AEGENTA, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, content, features, and documentation, is owned by Aegenta LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AEGENTA. You grant Aegenta LLC a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or written permission from Aegenta LLC.

AEGENTA may allow you to connect third-party services such as calendar, finance, health, storage, social, analytics, payment, or messaging providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers’ terms and privacy policies. Aegenta LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, data practices, fees, or content.

You may disconnect supported integrations through Settings or the relevant provider controls where available.

If you provide a phone number and opt in, you consent to receive account, security, reminder, and AI-assistant text messages from AEGENTA. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help where supported.

Mobile app access may depend on your device, operating system, network connection, app store requirements, and third-party platform policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

AEGENTA does not guarantee that the Service, AI outputs, connected-account data, reminders, dashboards, notifications, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You are responsible for independently verifying important information and consulting qualified professionals before making medical, financial, legal, safety, or other significant decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEGENTA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This limitation includes damages for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, inaccurate AI output, connected-service issues, unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control, or reliance on information provided by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Aegenta LLC for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or $100 USD.

You may stop using AEGENTA at any time and may request account or data deletion through available in-app controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay future paid fees, or used the Service unlawfully.

After termination, certain provisions will continue where necessary, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and any obligations that by nature should survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in Utah, United States, unless applicable consumer protection law requires another forum.
